Rinsing

Rinse the coffee machine.

To keep the tubes that the ingredients flow through clean and in optimal condition, it is important to rinse the Cafitesse Excellence Compact regularly. Rinse according to the instructions at least daily if you also make milky beverages. Otherwise, a weekly rinse will be enough. A message will appear automatically on the display when it is time for cleaning.

 

Rinse your coffee machine in 4 simple steps.

Step 1

Activate the rinse mode

Hold down the red stop button while pressing the lower right (Enter) button. After about 2 to 3 seconds, the machine enters cleaning mode. Make sure you press the red stop button before you press the bottom right button, otherwise the machine will produce a drink.

Step 2

Select the rinse program

The display will show "clean". Using the second button from the bottom right, continue until the display shows "Rinse". Then press the bottom button on the right.

Step 3

Place the collection tray

The display now reads "Place collection container". You need to place the provided collection tray under the spout. If you do not have one on hand, you can use any container of at least 1 litre.

Step 4

Start rinsing

Once you have placed the collection tray, you can press "Enter". The coffee machine will start to rinse. This takes no more than 5 minutes.

Ging er iets mis?

Als je na het spoelen van jouw Cafitesse Excellence Compact storingscode 71 in het display ziet, is het spoelen niet helemaal juist uitgevoerd. Herhaal de bovenstaande stappen. Mocht dit het probleem niet oplossen, meld jouw storing dan via het storingsformulier of telefonisch via 030 2977000.

Zorg dat je een eventuele storingscode en jouw machinenummer bij de hand heeft. Het machinenummer vind je aan de binnenzijde van de deur van jouw Cafitesse Excellence Compact.

TIP! Regelmatig spoelen

Wij raden je aan om jouw Cafitesse Excellence Compact regelmatig te spoelen. Zeker als je ook melkvarianten schenkt. In dat geval raden wij aan dagelijks te spoelen, anders is wekelijks spoelen voldoende.
