Prepare a sanitizing solution according to the instructions of your locally approved sanitizing product. For instance:

- fill a 5-litre container with ca. 4 litres hot water

- add 2 sanitizing tablets

On the touchscreen press the ‘cleaning required’- icon in the upper right corner.

When the operator menu appears, press ‘CLEAN’ and follow the instructions.

Lift and to open the door.

Remove both ingredient packages.

Check their expiry dates (printed) and opening date (written).

Clean the ingredient outlet holes and drain hole in the refrigerator with a tube cleaning brush

Clean the interior of the refrigerator with a moist cloth.

Close the door. On the touchscreen, confirm ‘clean refrigerator’ by pressing ‘ENTER’.

Follow the instructions to remove and clean the coffee mixing tray.

Open the door.

Lower the mixer console, and pull out the product outlet to remove it from its bracket.

Pull, under the sticker ‘PULL HERE’, the mixer tray towards you. Pull it out of the machine.

Turn the mixer tray upside down and move the seal strip by pulling it by the strap. Slide the strip completely out of the mixer tray.

Turn the mixer tray around, and remove the hose cover by pulling each side out of its lock.

Remove the back panel of the tray pulling it upwards on the backside.

Pull the hoses to remove them from the mixer tray.

Dip coffee mixing tray and drink hoses in the sanitizing solution.

Let it soak for at least 20 minutes, but no longer then 12 hours.

Clean the bottom side of the refrigerator and the connections to the mixing tray with a moist cloth.

Remove the mixer console from its hinges and clean both sides with a brush or damp cloth.

Attach the mixer console back into its hinges.

Finally wash all parts with a brush, and rinse them with clean water.

Let parts dry completely, or dry all parts  with a clean tea towel.

Place the outlet hoses back into the mixing tray.

Place the cover on top of the hoses. Push the cover all the way down until it locks in place.

Turn the mixing tray around and place the seal strip in its openings.

Slide the mixing tray back into its rails under the refrigerator. Push it all the way back until it clicks.

Lift the mixer console until it locks in place.

Take a thawed liquid pack and read the instructions on the pack.

Shake the pack at least 10 times.

Remove the plastic wrapper and write the current date on the pack.

Tear open the dosing tube opening, and unfold the dosing tube.

Check that the dosing tube is positioned straight and that the coloured ring on the tube covers the corresponding circle on the pack.

Open the dosing tube by turning it 90 degrees clockwise, check if the tube starts filling itself.

Place the ingredient packages into the refrigerator.

Close the door.

Place a 3-litre container on the drip tray.

WARNING!

Hot water will flow into the rinsing container. When ready, press ‘ENTER’ to continue.

Carefully remove and empty the rinsing container.

Disassemble the drip tray. Clean the parts with clean water and a brush.

Reassemble the drip tray and place it back.

Open the door and push the ‘stand by’-button to disable the touchscreen. Then close the door.

Clean the exterior of the machine with a moist cloth.

Never spray directly onto the machine.

Open the door and push the ‘stand by’-button again, to enable the touchscreen. Then close the door.
